Fit & sizing
Regular or Large: which should we choose?
Go by the taller of you and how much room you want. Regular fits pairs up to about 175 cm each, Large 165–195 cm. Between sizes? Choose Large for more cuddle room. Open the size guide
How do two people fit in one hoodie?
You each get your own sleeve and your own face opening. The body and the big hood are shared, so you sit side by side, shoulder to shoulder.
Can one person wear it alone?
Yes, and it is gloriously oversized. Think wearable blanket with a spare sleeve.
Materials & care
What is it made of?
A heavyweight 420 gsm brushed fleece: 80% organic cotton, 20% recycled polyester. Soft inside, smooth outside.
How do I wash it?
Inside out at 30°C with similar colours. Hang to dry or tumble on low. Skip fabric softener to keep it fluffy.

How fast is delivery?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery in Poland usually takes 1–3 days, EU 3–7 days.
How can I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships. You can also use our order tracking page.
Returns
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes. You have 30 days to return it unworn with tags attached. Size exchanges are free.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of your return arriving at our studio, to your original payment method.
Gifts & payment
Is it gift-ready?
Every hoodie ships folded in a soft cotton bag inside a recyclable box. Add a note at checkout and we'll handwrite it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
BLIK, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and fast bank transfers. All payments are encrypted and secure.
