Where is my hoodie?

Check your order status or follow your parcel with the carrier. Most orders leave our studio within 1–2 business days.

Find your order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email (for example #1001) and the email you ordered with.

You'll find it in your order confirmation email.

Have a tracking number?

It's in your shipping confirmation email. We'll open the carrier's tracking page for you.

What happens after you order

Shipping & returns

When will my order ship?

We pack and ship within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number the moment it leaves our studio.

My tracking hasn't updated. What now?

Carriers sometimes scan parcels only at the next depot, so updates can pause for up to 24 hours. Still nothing after two business days? Write to us and we'll chase it.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
